Zhantai Glasses takes a pivotal step in its global production strategy with the official launch of Taihao Glasses (Thailand) Co., Ltd. — our dedicated Thailand eyeglasses factory.

With a registered capital of US$1.4 million (approximately ฿45 million THB), we have established a modern manufacturing base in Samut Prakan, Thailand. The facility is fully certified with FDA, CE, UKCA, and ISO series international standards, ensuring compliance with global market access requirements.

Currently operating across an initial area of 3,000 square meters, the factory features a manufacturing system centered on injection molding and metal production lines. It specializes in producing both fashion and functional eyewear from materials such as PC, TR, and metal. Leveraging the strong R&D and design capabilities of our China headquarters, the Thailand sunglasses factory focuses on efficient manufacturing and lean production. This creates a synergistic “Designed in China, Made in Thailand” model, ensuring every product combines innovative design with reliable quality.

Over the next three years, we will continue to expand production capacity and scale, with plans to increase the total factory area to 20,000 square meters and grow our workforce to 300 employees. By 2026, Taihao Glasses aims to achieve a monthly output of 120,000 pairs, striving to become a technologically advanced, reliable, and quality-driven professional eyewear manufacturing base in Southeast Asia. This expansion will allow Zhantai Glasses to provide global clients with a more agile, stable, and responsive supply chain.
